max everything except elemental resistance which you leave at 11.
TO GET SUMMON IFRIT…GO to OZ and talk to her when you are level 100 go to the third floor and defeat the boss(Snowman, Crimson Balrog, Dodo, or Li lino) ..collect their drop
For meteor shower go to oz when you are level 110 and go up to fourth floor again and defeat boss (Manon, Griffey, Leviathan, or Pi-anus).
